I had an old Galaxy S8 to use as a backup to my primary phone. The SIM card got stuck inside the phone.It was repaired very quickly for an affordable price. Previously I had got dirt or something stuck in the charger port of a different phone. That time the phone was repaired free of charge.Highly recommend.

Very happy with cell phone repair. I had an I-phone 13 Pro Max and had an Otterbox case on it--but still managed to break the back glass. I didn't even know it was broke until I removed the case. Richard replaced the back glass and the rear lens covers. Now it looks brand new again--complete with the Apple logo on back. I mailed it to him, and received it back again one week later. Very good turn around, especially in light of fact that USPS first sent it to Portland, OR, before it made it to its destination in San Diego. Four days to get to him, and then back again three days later to Florida. Thanks again, Richard!

I was very pleased with the service I received. Richard ordered the replacement battery I needed. He called me a couple of days later when it arrived and quickly replaced it (about 25 minutes) while I waited. I will definitely use them again if I have cell phone problems.

I was having trouble being heard on my iPhone 12 and the charging port was malfunctioning. I walked in with only 15 minutes to spend to fix it. I communicated my time crunch and he got started.
